Andre Croutch is a retired law enforcement officer, having served over 27 years within a Hartford County Police Department. Throughout his police career, he has investigated numerous residential and commercial burglaries. While employed as a police officer, he also had specialized training in crime prevention, asset assessment and risk analysis, counter terrorism, and advanced crime scene investigation.
